Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeBut, due to the created conditions and the panic after the earthquake, a significant number of citizens from Albania turned to Kosovo. A coalition of about 40 Kosovar non-governmental organizations have assessed that this influx of citizens was not properly managed.
In the conference held on Friday, the group of non-governmental organizations proposed that the Government of the country create a central emergency headquarters, composed of responsible institutions that will undertake and coordinate all actions to help the citizens sheltered in Kosovo.
