Sadiku: The new anti-COVID measures will affect the reduction of cases

Infectologist, Izet Sadiku has stated that the new measures that are expected to come into effect will affect the reduction of positive cases and will give citizens a chance to be vaccinated. Sadiku told KTV's TODAY show that the current measures were not respected properly, where some of the cafes did not respect the necessary distance.

"Over 100 workers at the Infectious Disease Clinic have been infected with the coronavirus, some 50 of them are nurses. This has affected that we have immunity, so far we have had complaints after vaccination about fever and temperature. It can affect that after vaccination there is fever, temperature, muscle pain, while after 24 hours these symptoms go away", Sadiku stated.

He said that during the month, about 120 patients visited the Infectious Disease Clinic, most of them with symptoms of the coronavirus. Sadiku emphasized that the clinics are full of patients seeking treatment.
