Analyst Arbnor Sadiku has estimated thatThe statement of the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, addressed to the opposition parties for the next meetings on the issue of the president It is a direct interference in the decision of the Constitutional Court.
Kurti today again invited the opposition parties to a meeting to discuss the president. PDK and LDK responded positively to the invitation, but said that they must first wait for the verdict of the Constitutional Court. The Constitutional Court is currently reviewing the decree to dissolve the Parliament by President Vjosa Osmani.

Letter to the Reader — Why We're Asking for Your Support ContributeAnd analyst Sadiku said that the parties should remain silent until the Constitutional Court's decision.
"It is wrong, both from a political and legal point of view. All actors, including Kurti and opposition leaders, should have been silent until the Constitutional Court's review is complete," Sadiku said on KTV's "60 Minutes."
According to him, the opposition has given an expected response and cannot be negotiated at this stage, when the final decision is not known.
Sadiku emphasized that there could be two scenarios from the Constitutional Court: either the 30-day deadline is confirmed and then the dissolution of the Assembly is decided, or an additional deadline is given for negotiations between political parties.
"The political spirit and goal is for the country to go to elections, but political problems are only solved through political agreements," he added.
According to Sadik, the positions of the opposition, which agreed to meet with Kurti after the Constitutional Court's decision, are mainly to avoid blame for the upcoming elections.
"This is a political ping-pong where everyone is trying to avoid responsibility for going to the elections, rather than showing willingness to reach an agreement," Sadiku concluded.
The Constitutional Court has reviewed an appeal by the Vetëvendosje Movement and the Government against President Vjosa Osmani's decree to dissolve the Parliament after failing to elect a new president by March 5. The Constitutional Court has suspended the work of the Parliament and any action by Osmani towards new elections until March 31.
Kurti had met several times with the leaders of PDK and LDK before March 5, but no agreement was reached on a consensual candidate for president. In the end, VV proposed Glauk Konjufca and Fatmire Mullhaxha, but there was no quorum at the invited session and voting for the president did not begin.
