The preliminary test report states that the bridge over the Ibër River is stable and functional

The Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Hysen Durmishi, has announced that they have received the report from the test of the capacity of maintaining the structure of the existing bridge over the Ibër River.

Durmishi said that the report concluded that the structure of the bridge over the Ibër river is stable, functional and that it can be used for exploitation without any load restrictions. 

"The structure of the road traffic bridge, over the river Ibër in the city of Mitrovica, has a stable, stable and functional structure during the time of use, almost as it was designed and built, and as such it can be used for exploitation without any load limitation from those foreseen by the design (of the time when it was built) and has sufficient capacity even for the design loads according to the load model foreseen by the European load standard EC-1, or EC-1991, part-3". it is said in the preliminary conclusions. 

Durmishi said that they are also waiting for the final report, to have the final results on the functionality of the Ibri bridge in terms of the technical aspect. 

"The bridge over the river Ibër is stable, durable and functional. We have just received the report from the test of the bearing capacity of the structure of the existing bridge over the Ibër River. The report clearly concludes that the structure of the bridge over the Iber River is stable and functional and as such can be used for exploitation without any load restrictions. The report we received today is preliminary and after which we will wait for the final one to have the final results on the functionality of the Ibri bridge in terms of the technical aspect", wrote Durmishi on Facebook.
