Alliance MP Burim Ramadani said that postponing the formation of institutions is leading to a state vacuum. According to him, this vacuum endangers national security.

Ramadani stressed that the state needs institutions that can address important current issues, mentioning the Serbian president's threat regarding the flow of the Ibar River.

"(Kurti) will not understand that the institutional vacuum is the basis for endangering national security... Kosovo and this Assembly should be functional to address the topics separately, including the threat with the flow of the Ibar because there is no one to address it, and also about the high prices. All they are doing is running away from this Assembly, the establishment of institutions. This situation is not only not normal, but it is entering an institutional, state vacuum. We will not allow it, we have an obligation not to allow the vacuum," he said from the Assembly session hall.
