A multi-storey project was presented by the Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, several years ago, but the Municipal Assembly approved the regulatory plan that only allows buildings up to 7-8 floors in the Kalabria neighborhood, at the location of the Pristina Bus Station.
However, the mayor of Pristina is again presenting the project that includes multi-story buildings that exceed the coefficient of 3 of the regulatory plan, thus encompassing an area of 15.5 hectares, which is a much larger area than just the Bus Station.
This and many other million-dollar projects for Pristina are expected to be presented on April 28 at the "Pristina Strategic Investments" conference.
The website "Prishtina Beyond" states that the Bus Station project is expected to cost 250 million euros.
All mayors have promised the capital's hospital, including the current mayor, Përparim Rama. However, none of them managed to realize this project. But in his second term, Rama is aiming for a 90 million euro project for the hospital with an area of 50 thousand square meters.
The Pristina "Eco-industrial park" project, which is planned to be built in Lower Bernica, is also expected to be presented at this conference.
200 million euros for the project that includes 65 hectares of land.

Although he failed to realize it in his first term, Rama's goals for the capital's ring road do not stop. Rama's "Prishtina-Beyond" project is worth 220 million euros for the 29 kilometers of this ring road.
Another of Rama's promised projects, the construction of underground parking lots, is included in his major projects. 25.4 million euros are expected to be invested in these parking lots.
The total investment value exceeds 1 billion euros.
