The incumbent government makes several decisions, mostly admission committees for agency directors

The incumbent government held an electronic meeting on Wednesday in which it made several decisions, including the establishment of the National Commission for Refugees.

It adopted the decision to approve the lease of plots in the Cërnilla Cadastral Zone, Ferizaj Municipality, upon request from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, for a period until December 18, 2033 for the extraction and use of limestone.

Approved the decisions on the appointments of the Admission Commissions for the position of executive director in the Central Procurement Agency, the Kosovo Treasury, the Kosovo Standardization Agency, the Industrial Property Agency, the Cybersecurity Agency, the Kosovo Environmental Protection Agency, the Agency for Innovation and Enterprise Support in the Republic of Kosovo, the Anti-Doping Agency, the Sports Agency, the Youth Development Agency, the Inspectorate for Cultural Heritage, the State Archives Agency of Kosovo, as well as for the position of Chief Inspector in the Market Inspectorate.

The acting government also approved the decision to appoint the Admissions Committee for the position of Deputy Director General at the State Archives Agency of Kosovo, for Secretary General at the Ministry of Health. It also approved the Committee for the position of Executive Director at the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice, at the Agency for Free Legal Aid, as well as for the position of Director General at the Agency for the Administration of Seized or Confiscated Property.

It also approved the decision for further consideration of the Request of the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, for expropriation for public interest of the former socially-owned properties of the Agricultural Industrial Complex ''Mladost'', which are under the management and administration of the Privatization Agency of Kosovo, which are affected by the implementation of the Project: "Construction of the Economic Zone for Migrants" Cadastral Zone Godanc i Poshtëm, Municipality of Shtime. And also the decision for further consideration of the request for expropriation for public interest of the former socially-owned immovable properties which are necessary for the implementation of the project: Construction of the "Administrative Building" for the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Cadastral Zone: Prishtina, Municipality of Prishtina.

At the meeting, the cabinet approved the List of potential members of the Admissions Committee for the senior management category for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its agencies.

The incumbent government, at this meeting, has allocated 100,000.00 euros to support the realization of the International Documentary and Short Film Festival "DokuFest".
