The Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions (PZAP) has dismissed the complaint of the Vetëvendosje Movement, which sought to cancel the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) on the certification of the Serbian List for participation in the February 9 elections.
According to the decision published on Thursday, the ruling party's complaint is considered inadmissible as it does not meet the legal requirements.

According to this institution, only the representatives of the Vetëvendosje Movement in the Central Election Commission can make such complaints.
The ruling party had described the certification of the Serbian List as illegal.
