The Electoral Panel for Complaints and Submissions at the CEC has approved the complaint made by the Democratic League of Kosovo in Pristina against the Vetëvendosje Movement for placing kiosks in the square.
"The complaint of the LDK with headquarters in Prishtina is accepted as well-founded, while the political entity, Lévizja Vetëvendosje with headquarters in Prishtina, is sentenced to a fine in the amount of 5,100 euros, which it is obliged to pay within 15 days from the day of acceptance of this the decision is under threat of enforcement", says the decision of the PZAP, reports Koha.net.
As a justification for this decision, PZAP has taken as its basis the complaint of LDK based in Pristina, which submitted a complaint to PZAP on 03.10.2017, with which it claims that VV for electoral purposes, in "Zahir Pajaziti" square, has placed a kiosk object which is in violation of article 33 point B of the LZP.
