Photos and videos of ballots for the February 9 elections have been shared on the social platform TikTok. 

In these materials, people are seen filling out the ballot, which they then put in the envelope. 
And the video also shows the receipt and the registration number, documents that were sent to citizens who applied for postal voting from the diaspora. It also shows the address from which the vote is being sent. 

The prosecutor's office told KOĞAN that they are dealing with the case.

"The Prosecutor's Office is dealing with the case and we will share additional information in the following days", said the Prosecutor's Office.

Voting by mail for Kosovo citizens registered abroad for the February 9 parliamentary elections started on January 9 and will last until February 8. Nearly 85 citizens have the right to vote in this way.

At the meeting of the Central Election Commission on Monday, it was said that the personalized e-mail has been sent to all applicants for voting by mail, where there is also a ballot paper that they can download and print.

"We sent personalized notices to 84.519 voters. So this number of voters constitutes the number of voters who, at the registration application stage, have been determined for the method of voting through the mail, either by sending the ballot package to the CEC mailboxes in Kosovo, or to those outside Kosovo". said Besnik Buzhala, director of the Office for Registration, Certification and Financial Control of Political Entities.

However, the CEC has not responded regarding the cases of vote publication.

Members of the Central Electoral Commission from the ranks of the Democratic Party also expressed concerns about the integrity of the postal voting process from the diaspora.
