The Social Democratic Party (PSD) on Saturday holds a protest in Pristina against the Special Court after the conviction of the former KLA commander, Salih Mustafa.
The chairman of the PSD, Dardan Molliqaj, at the press conference on Monday, said that this protest is necessary, since the Hague is trying to distort history.
"I invite every citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, every social and political organization to join the protest on December 24, Saturday in the 'Zahir Pajaziti' square at 14:00 to march towards the 'Skënderbeu' square and address our demands against the institutions of Kosovo and to prove that the sentence that was pronounced in the Specialized Chambers in The Hague is not in our name", he said.
The Social Democratic Party (PSD) has also sent letters to the deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo to start the procedures for amending the Law on Specialized Chambers in The Hague.
The PSD leader said that the Special Court is trying to alienate the history of Kosovo.
"Now there is a trend that has taken the path of distorting the history of Kosovo", declared Molliqaj.
Last week, the jury in the Specialized Chambers in The Hague pronounced a guilty verdict against the former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Salih Mustafa, sentencing him to 26 years in prison.
