Tomorrow in The Hague, the Specialized Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo will hold a press conference regarding the progress of the case of Salih Mustafa, who was arrested some time ago on suspicion of war crimes.
The announcement published on the Special Court's website states that prosecutor Jack Smith will speak at this conference starting at 15:00 PM, reports KP.
Mustafa, 48, was arrested on September 24 in Pristina by the Office of the Specialized Prosecutor based on an arrest warrant, transfer order and confirmed indictment issued by a pre-trial judge of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo.
In his first court appearance on September 28, former KLA member Sali Mustafa said he wants to consult with his lawyer before pleading guilty or not guilty.
