The President of Latvia, Edgars Rinkevics, will visit Kosovo this Thursday, where he will be received by his counterpart Vjosa Osmani. He will remain in Pristina on Friday as well.
The meeting will take place at 13:00 PM, and the media will have the opportunity to film footage from the reception and the start of the talks.
After the meeting, Osmani and Rinkevics will hold a joint press conference.
Kosovo Police has announced that it will take special measures to guarantee public order and security during the stay of the Latvian delegation and the movement of the official escort.
To enable the orderly development of the visit's agenda, the Police will temporarily interrupt traffic on several road segments, as well as reorient traffic to alternative routes. These measures will be temporary and short-term, in order to guarantee the smoothest and safest traffic flow.
The Kosovo Police requests the understanding of citizens and traffic participants, inviting them to respect the instructions for the best possible progress of this official visit.
