The state authorities do not expect that, in the early elections in the north, they will be able to open even a quarter of the voting centers that were in the last elections.

TIME sources indicated that, based on the preliminary recommendations given by the municipal electoral commissions, the elections of April 23 will be able to be organized in a total of 10 polling stations - 7 schools in localities inhabited mainly by Albanians and in the courtyards of three police stations, that in Leposaviq, the station in Zveçan and the station in North Mitrovica.

And, in the last elections, 44 polling stations were opened in the four northern municipalities.

Although it was on the agenda, the CEC did not deal with the preliminary recommendations from the north and postponed the decision-making on them to the next meeting.
