The Municipality of Lipjan has completed the process of budget hearings for the drafting of projects for the next three years, but the participation of citizens in these debates continues to be quite small.
These hearings were also monitored by the NGO YAHR, which requested more work from the executive to encourage and raise awareness among citizens in their participation in the process of drawing up the municipal budget, Koha Ditore writes today.
Regarding the process of budget hearings, Argjend Tasholli, a councilor in the KK of Lipjan from the ranks of PDK, has reacted, accusing the executive on the grounds that citizens have lost trust in public institutions while their requests for certain projects are not being considered.
