The director of the so-called Office for Kosovo in the Government of Serbia, Petar Petkovic, said that the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, is right when he says that dialogue is not his first or second priority, because according to Petkovic, the priority of his is to cause tensions, crises and escalation of the situation, not only in the north, but also in the entire Western Balkans.
Kurti repeated on Wednesday in the Assembly that the dialogue continues to remain as he said a year and a half ago, in sixth or seventh place.
"It is clear to the whole world that instead of talks to resolve all open issues between Belgrade and Pristina, Kurti wants conflicts and riots, because this is his only policy," says Petkovic, Tanjug reports.
He adds that in addition, high on Kurt's list of priorities is the mistreatment and removal of the rights of the Serbs, the removal of their basic human and civil rights, as well as the brutal violation of all the agreements reached in Brussels.
"This of course includes the rejection of the formation of the Association after ten years, which guarantees the collective rights of the Serbs in Kosovo, while at the same time diligently violating all other agreements reached under the patronage of the European Union", added Petkovic.

Petkovic emphasizes that the Brussels Agreement is not a buffet from which Kurti can take what suits him.
"It is necessary to respect the signed agreements and the foundation of the Brussels Agreement is precisely the Association. Prishtina has committed to this in the last round of negotiations in Brussels, accepting that all previous agreements must be implemented", Petkovic concluded.
