The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo has announced that 50 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the country, while five deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours.
"Another 117 patients have recovered, while the total number of those recovered has reached 11.150. The total number of positive cases is 14.496 cases of the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 586 cases of death. While the number of active cases is 2.760", it is stated in the announcement of IKSHPK.
The positive cases are from: Prishtina municipality 6 cases, Gjilan municipality 5 cases, Fushë Kosovë municipality 4 cases, Kamenica municipality 4 cases, Pejë municipality 4 cases, Prizren municipality 4 cases, Podujevë municipality 3 cases, Rahovec municipality 3 cases, Shtime municipality 3 cases , Vushtrri municipality 3 cases, Istog municipality 2 cases, Malishevë municipality 2 cases, Viti municipality 2 cases and Gjakovë, Kaçanik, Lipjan, Novobërdë and Skenderaj municipalities with one case each.
At the country level, 246 cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed and are being treated in clinics and hospitals in Kosovo.
