(Updated 15:40) - The German military aircraft was unable to land in Pristina because it did not have personnel certified for landing in low visibility, announced Driton Ujkani from the Air Navigation Services Agency (ASHNA).

"Other flights are proceeding normally," Ujkani told KOHA.

Flight tracker, "Flightradar24", has shown that the plane, which departed from Berlin at 8:40 am, landed in Skopje.

Flight tracker Flightradar24 shows that the German military plane departed Berlin at 8:40 a.m.
