Acting Minister of Defense, Eyup Maqedonci, participated in the graduation ceremony of the cadets of the Military Academy of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Turkey, organized on the occasion of the Victory Day of the Republic of Turkey.
During the ceremony, the Macedonian met with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, as well as the Minister of National Defense, Yaşar Güler, to whom he congratulated the Victory Day of the Republic of Turkey.
During this ceremony, five cadets from the Republic of Kosovo graduated, who have successfully completed their military studies in Turkey.
The Macedonian congratulated the cadets for their dedication, discipline and success shown during their studies, wishing them a successful career in service to the country.
Cooperation in the field of defense between Kosovo and Turkey has been assessed as important, while support in the education, training and professional preparation of new military personnel constitutes one of the concrete examples of this cooperation.
