Grupi Parlamentar i Partisë Demokratike të Kosovës i është drejtuar të martën me kërkesë zyrtare Avni Deharit, në cilësinë e kryesuesit të seancës konstituive sipas moshës, që më 12 gusht, ta thërrasë vazhdimin e seancës konstituive të Kuvendit të Kosovës.
According to the letter sent by the PDK, although the failure to constitute the Assembly within the specified deadline has created a serious constitutional situation, exceeding this deadline does not eliminate the obligation to complete the constitution process.
"The obligation to complete the constitutive process remains and must be fulfilled without further delay," the PDK statement said.
The PDK has requested that the session be convened without delay and that the elected deputies be enabled to exercise their mandate.
PDK-ja ka bërë të ditur se, pavarësisht nëse Dehari e përmbush apo jo këtë obligim, deputetët e saj do të jenë të mërkurën, më 12 gusht, në orën 11:00, të pranishëm në sallën e Kuvendit.
According to the PDK, at this time "the second 48-hour period for the continuation of the session, as determined by the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, also ends."
Likewise, PDK has called on all other parliamentary groups and elected MPs to be in the Assembly hall tomorrow, in order, as it is said, to demonstrate political readiness and the will to fulfill the trust received from the citizens.

Lëvizja Vetëvendosje thotë se Kuvendi nuk mund të konstituohet pa një marrëveshje për zgjedhjen e presidentit, pasi, sipas tyre, në të kundërtën vendi do të përballej sërish me zgjedhje të reja.
