Partia Demokratike e Kosovës ka njoftuar se edhe sot janë duke qëndruar para ndërtesës së Qeverisë.
Përmes një postimi në Facebook, PDK-ja i ka kërkuar kryeministrit në detyrë, Albin Kurtit të rikthehet në Kuvend.
“Edhe sot jemi para Qeverisë: Albin, eja në Kuvend dhe hape rrugën për rikthimin e rendit kushtetues. Mos e mbaj peng shtetin, institucionet dhe interesin e qytetarëve për kalkulimet e tua politike”, thuhet në postim.
Partia Demokratike e Kosovës dhe Aleanca kanë vazhduar me kërkesën për vazhdimin e seancës për konstituimin e Kuvendit, ndërsa kanë akuzuar Lëvizjen Vetëvendosje për bllokim të procesit. Të dielën, deputetët kanë tentuar të hyjnë në sallën e Kuvendit, por dera ka qenë e mbyllur. Ligjvënësit e këtyre partive kanë thënë se me këtë veprim, shteti po mbahet në krizë.
Ushtruesja e detyrës së presidentes së Kosovës, Albulena Haxhiu, ka ftuar krerët e partive politike në takim, porse të gjithë e kanë refuzuar. Të dielën ajo ka shprehur keqardhje që Partia Demokratike e Kosovës dhe Aleanca kanë refuzuar ftesat për takimin të martën. Ajo ka thënë se qytetarët e Kosovës po flasin vazhdimisht qartë përmes zgjedhjeve, ndërsa është detyrë e udhëheqësve të partive të zbatojnë në praktikë vullnetin e qytetarëve.
So far, MPs have been invited twice to constitute the legislature resulting from the June 7 elections. The MPs have taken the oath, but on the agenda item to propose the speaker, Kurti took the floor and justified his refusal to make the proposal by the fact that there is still no agreement with the political parties on the president. According to him, the Assembly cannot be constituted without this agreement, since otherwise the 60-day deadline for electing the president would be exhausted and new early elections would be imposed.
The chairman of the constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly and a member of parliament from the Vetëvendosje Movement, Avni Dehari, has called for dialogue and agreement between parties, as according to him, continuing the constitutive session without an agreement could further tense the situation and even lead to physical conflict within the Assembly.

“Çdo përpjekje për ta vazhduar seancën pa një marrëveshje politike vetëm sa e tensionon më tej situatën dhe e rrit rrezikun e përplasjeve, madje edhe të konfliktit fizik brenda sallës së Kuvendit”, ka shkruar Dehari në Facebook.
The Vetëvendosje Movement, together with its allies from the communities, has enough votes to constitute the Assembly and also to vote for the Government. However, to be elected president, at least 80 MPs are required to participate in the vote in the first two rounds. If the election cannot be held within 60 days, the Assembly is dissolved and new early elections are announced.
The parties have not come close to breaking the political deadlock for almost two years. Kosovo has been in a continuous cycle of crises since the February 2025 elections. First, there were troubles with the constitution, and then the failure to form a government led to elections in December. After them, there was a constitution, but there was no solution for the new president. On June 7, new elections followed.
