The investigative journalism network in Serbia, KRIK, has published a photo of the first deputy prime minister in office of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, together with the chairman of the Serbian List, Goran Rakic and the vice president Milan Radoicic.
The latter, an underground man, as KRIK calls him, is wanted in Kosovo as a suspect in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic and has been on the run since his murder in 2018.
According to the sources who provided this photo, it was taken in the summer of 2017, when Pacolli left his coalition partners and joined Ramush Haradinaj, to later become the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo. , reports KTV.
The meeting had taken place on the luxury yacht in Budva, Montenegro, and, according to KRIK, important decisions had been made there regarding the support of the Serbian List given to the Government of Haradinaj and their joining in the 2017 coalition.
At the time of the photograph, Radoiçiqi had no official position, but, according to KRIK, he was part of the underground and a decision-maker in the Serbian political scene.

Jetlir Zyberaj, political advisor to the minister in charge who comes from AKR, has told KTV that there is nothing hidden about these meetings held during the coalition talks.
"Radoiçiqi has been the vice president of the Serbian List, he has been in meetings with all the representatives of Kosovo's institutions and there is nothing hidden in this regard", said Zyberaj, even though the meeting took place in 2017, when Radoiçiqi was not at all part of the Serbian List and had no official position.
He added that about this meeting and others, the Prime Minister in office, Ramush Haradinaj, can be asked, because he was present at all the meetings held.
Related to this, the office of the acting prime minister says that they have never secretly met with Milan Radoicic.
"All the meetings that Prime Minister Haradinaj, as Prime Minister of the country, has held with Radoicic, as a political representative of a political party, have been public from the side of our institution and equally public in every appearance that the Prime Minister has had in the media. "Prime Minister Haradinaj has never held secret meetings on yachts with anyone, much less with the person in question," said the Prime Minister's Office.
