"For months I have walked through every corner of Kosovo. I have been welcomed into your homes. I have heard your troubles. I have seen the disappointments in the eyes of honest people. But above all I have seen one thing that has not yet faded: hope. And everywhere in every village and city, every table and every square you spoke to me with one voice," Osmani said before the citizens' messages for returning to the LDK were broadcast in the video. "I heard you, that's why we are uniting."

"Let's unite our hearts and dreams. Let's all unite," Osmani concluded.

On Saturday, the LDK General Council approved the merger with Osmani in the race for the June 7 elections. Osmani will lead the list. She has been nominated as a presidential candidate, while number 2, Lumir Abdixhiku, will be a candidate for prime minister.
