Osmani meets with Rohde, they discuss the political impasse in Kosovo

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, hosted a meeting with the German Ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, where the focus was on the issue of the non-constitution of the Kosovo Assembly.  

The implications that the failure to constitute institutions has on important processes for Kosovo were discussed. 

"The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today in a meeting the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in Kosovo, Mr. Jörn Rohde. The focus of the meeting was the latest political developments in the country, with particular emphasis on the process of constituting new institutions. The deepening of bilateral relations between Kosovo and Germany was also discussed. 

"President Osmani thanked Germany for its continued support for Kosovo and reconfirmed its readiness to further deepen cooperation for the benefit of both countries," the announcement states.
