The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met in Munich, on the sidelines of the Security Conference, with the President of Estonia, Alar Karis.
In a Facebook post, Osmani, wrote that the meeting discussed "bilateral partnership and common challenges in maintaining peace and stability."
"Grateful for Estonia's continued support for Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic journey," Osmani wrote.
Osmani met with numerous leaders in Munich, including the President of the European Council, Antonio Costa.
Osmani: Without the US Senate, the transformation of Kosovo today would not have been possible
President Vjosa Osmani met on Sunday with a delegation of American senators in Munich, on the sidelines of the Security Conference.
The announcement issued by the Presidency states that the transformation of Kosovo since 1999 would not have been possible without the continued support of the US Senate.
"From a country that in 1999 received their support for freedom and peace, to an exporter of peace and stability today. This transformation would not have been possible without the continued support of the US Senate. It was a special pleasure to meet the delegation of US senators during their stay in Munich. Today, Kosovo remains committed to further deepening this alliance, building on shared successes and moving forward towards new successes," the announcement says.
