The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on Veterans' Day expressed deep gratitude for the women and men of the Kosovo Liberation Army, who, according to Osmani, have served selflessly in the fight for the freedom of the Republic.
"Their courage, sacrifice and unwavering commitment deserve our utmost respect. Headed by the commander-in-chief Adem Jashari and his family, they have left an indelible mark on our history", she stressed.
On the other hand, the organizations that came out of the KLA war, on Saturday expressed their concern towards the Government of Kosovo, saying that it is anti-KLA.
The head of the Association of the families of the KLA war martyrs, Xhavit Jashari, said that together in 2024, they will say stop not only to Prime Minister Kurti but to anyone who tries to tarnish and attack the KLA war.
