The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, on Monday received credentials from the non-resident ambassador of Thailand, Nipon Petchpornprapas, to whom she welcomed.
The meeting discussed bilateral relations, as well as political developments in Kosovo, the region and beyond.
"President Osmani has assessed that Thailand is a strong bilateral partner and ally of Kosovo and has thanked the ambassador for the support from his country so far", it is stated in the announcement of the Presidency.
According to Osman, Kosovo is interested in strengthening trade relations with Thailand.
Osmani and Ambassador Petchpornprapas in the meeting also discussed the deepening of relations in various spheres, including trade, tourism, culture.
