"There is no reason to meet before the sanctions against Vucic are taken, first the sanctions and then we can talk about the others".
Osmani has emphasized that there are no confirmed specific meetings with leaders, but that he hopes to speak about the September 24 attack in Banjska at the open summit for all of them.
"We don't have separate meetings confirmed, but I'm sure I'll have the opportunity because most of the discussions at this summit will take place while we're all in the hall, so I hope we'll have the opportunity to discuss these," she added. .
