Osmani thanks Hungary for the support and initiatives that have brought the two countries closer

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, held an official meeting with the President of Hungary, Tamas Sulyok, on Tuesday during her visit to Budapest, where she was welcomed with military honors.

Within the framework of this meeting, the parties discussed the deepening of bilateral partnership and cooperation, with particular emphasis on advancing relations in various fields.

"Today, in a meeting with Hungarian President Tamas Sulyok, we discussed the deepening of the partnership between our two countries. The potential for further growth of Kosovo-Hungary cooperation is great and our country remains committed to opening new chapters in our relations," Osmani wrote after the meeting.

She thanked Hungary for its contribution within KFOR, for the support given to Kosovo students over the years, as well as for the initiatives that have brought the two countries even closer.

After the bilateral meeting, Osmani also participated in an official lunch hosted by his Hungarian counterpart.
