President Vjosa Osmani received her Slovenian counterpart, Natasha Pirc Musar, at the meeting.
In the announcement issued by the Office of the President, it is said that Osmani and Musar discussed the latest developments in the field of security.
It is further said that Osmani thanked the Slovenian president for the contribution of the troops of this country in the framework of KFOR.
"Slovenia remains one of our closest allies and friends. We discussed the latest developments in the field of security, our commitment to Euro-Atlantic integration and the deepening of cooperation between our two countries. I expressed my gratitude for the contribution of the Slovenian troops within KFOR, whom President Musar visited last night on the occasion of the end of the year holidays", the announcement states.
