The Supreme Court has not accepted the complaint of the Social Democratic Initiative regarding the non-certification of the candidates for deputies by the Central Election Commission.
According to the announcement, 12 candidates for deputies from this party are not allowed to compete in the February 14 elections and the decision of the CEC, confirmed by the PZAP, remains in force.
Nisma will have to compete in these elections, but without: Vesel Krasniqi, Besnik Berisha, Filloreta Bytychi, Valentina Alijaj, Xhafer Berisha, Aziz Thaçin, Musa Fetahaj, Hasime Dakaj, Fatmir Gërdellaj, Vehbi Avdullahaj, Endrit Shala and Ardian Nokaj.
