Since being put in charge of the state, President Thaçi has undertaken several initiatives.
He initiated the electoral reform, the decriminalization of the political scene, then the formation of the Commission for Truth and Reconciliation, and recently the transformation of the KSF into the army.
Neither has been brought to the end, Koha Ditore writes today.
According to the Presidency, many of the initiatives are on the verge of finalization.
But political scientists and monitors of political developments have expressed very little expectation for their realization and have emphasized that, if they also fail, the political power of President Thaçi, carried over from the positions he held earlier, will decline.
