MP Arbëresha Krasniqi of the Social Democratic Initiative said that the country has come to such a situation because of the Vetëvendosje Movement.
She said that Nisma will not participate in the 11 a.m. session.
He stated that it was a session called outside of legal rules.
"The initiative has no vote for this part," she said.
