At 10:00 a.m., the court session for the appointment of detention for the 11 persons arrested in the "Subsidy 2021" case began.
The session is being held in Pristina, without the presence of the media.
The suspects and their lawyers in this session have the opportunity to oppose the prosecution's claims for the measure of arrest.
Most of the arrested, as reported by KOHA, were protected in silence on the day of their arrest.
The action for the arrest of the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture took place Wednesday, in some cities.
12 people were arrested, but only 11 were detained. During the action, among other things, around 400 euros were confiscated from the homes of the detainees.
The prosecution has initiated the case with the suspicion of misuse of agricultural grants. For this reason, on Thursday, 9 farmers who were suspected of having given bribes to receive subsidies were detained, but they were released, as they agreed to cooperate with justice.
