Dragash, January 22 - The Ministry of Local Government Administration has assessed that the decision of the Dragash Municipality Assembly on the election of the Deputy Mayor of the Municipality for communities is contrary to the legislation in force.
The central level has announced that in the case of Dragash, the deputy mayor of the municipality for communities should be from the ranks of the Goran community, as the largest non-majority community in this municipality. On the other hand, senior officials of the Municipality of Dragash have emphasized that the vice president for communities was chosen from the ranks of the non-majority community party, which received the most votes in the last local elections, Koha Ditore writes today.
