Ndryshimi i qëndrimit të Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës për çështjen e formimit të institucioneve nuk ka marrë asnjë përgjigje nga Lëvizja Vetëvendosje, edhe kur janë bërë katër orë prej deklaratës së LDK-së.
“Partneri i vetëm potencial” i VV-së pas zgjedhjeve të 7 qershorit njoftoi se ka hequr dorë nga të gjitha kërkesat për përfshirje në institucione – Qeveri, Kuvend a Presidencë. Kryetari i LDK-së, Lumir Abdixhiku, tha se LDK-ja kërkon vetëm që presidenti të jetë konsensual dhe jopartiak. Tërheqjen nga kërkesat ai e proklamoi me “nevojën për të shmangur krizën” dhe “pasigurinë juridike në të cilën është futur Kosova”.
Të pyetur për këto zhvillime, në zyrën për informim në Vetëvendosje nuk kanë kthyer përgjigje.
LDK-ja ishte e vetmja me të cilën negocioi Vetëvendosje për formim të institucioneve. Dy partitë tjera parlamentare, Partia Demokratike e Kosovës dhe Aleanca, refuzuan takimet me Albin Kurtin.
LDK-ja në vazhdimësi ka bërë thirrje që të ketë “balancë pushtetesh” duke kërkuar postin e presidentit. Por Kurti e pati vlerësuar kërkesën si “diskrepancë të madhe” me rezultatin zgjedhor të LDK-së më 7 qershor. Partia e Abdixhikut i ka siguruar 18 ulëse në Kuvend, pasi sërish doli parti e tretë. Vetëvendosje ka fituar 53 ulëse.
Tani LDK-ja ka bërë thirrje që seanca konstituive e Kuvendit të mbahet sa më shpejtë e që Kurti ta formojë i vetëm Qeverinë. Kërkesa e njëjtë është shtruar tash e sa ditë edhe prej PDK-së e Aleancës.

Last Friday was the deadline defined by the Constitutional Court, within which the eleventh legislature had to be constituted. The deputies took the oath, but at the point on the agenda to propose the speaker of parliament, Kurti took the floor and justified his refusal to make the proposal by the fact that there is still no agreement with the political parties on the president. And, according to him, the Assembly cannot be constituted without this agreement, since otherwise the 60-day deadline for electing the president would also be consumed and new early elections would be imposed.
The LVV deputies, together with those from the communities and excluding the Serb List legislators, are more than 61, a sufficient number to constitute the Assembly and vote on the Government. Meanwhile, for the election of the head of state, the participation in the vote of at least 80 deputies in the first two rounds of voting is required.
