The counting of votes for deputies in the municipal counting centers was supposed to start yesterday. Even today, the counting has only started in Pristina, Obiliq, Lipjan and Partesh. The spokesperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valmir Elezi, said that in the other municipalities, the counting is expected to start tomorrow.
There have been many complaints about the inefficiency of the CEC in these elections.
