Ministrja e Mjedisit, Fitore Pacolli, ka njoftuar të premten se janë ndaluar punimet në nëntë gurthyes, që sipas saj vepronin ilegalisht.
According to NOTIFICATION të saj, shtatë prej tyre vepronin në Suharekë dhe dy në Skenderaj.
“Ndalen punimet në 9 gurthyes ilegalë! ⛔️ Inspektorati i Ministrisë së Mjedisit dhe Planifikimit Hapësinor ka ndërhyrë ndaj 9 gurthyesve që vepronin në kundërshtim me ligjin, pa dokumentacionin e nevojshëm për ushtrimin e veprimtarisë. 7 gurthyes në Suharekë, ndërsa 2 në Skenderaj”, ka shkruar Pacolli në Facebook.
Sipas Pacollit, aksioni vjen pas analizës së dosjeve të mbi 200 gurthyesve. Ajo ka paralajmëruar se kushdo që vepron jashtë ligjit do të përballet me masa.
“Nuk do të ketë tolerim për subjektet që operojnë pa lejet dhe dokumentacionin përkatës dhe cenojnë mjedisin”, ka shtuar Pacolli.
