The Hydrometeorological Institute of Kosovo announces that the third week of December is expected to be mostly cloudy but also with short sunny intervals.
In the lowlands it is not expected to rain except for weak streaks which may include the southern and southeastern part of the territory, while in the mountainous areas it is predicted to rain in the form of snow of medium intensity.
The minimum temperatures will move between -1 and 2 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is expected to move between 5-8 degrees Celsius. Wind will blow from the southeast and northeast at a speed of 1-8 m/s.
