Prosecutor Nebahate Salihu has been dismissed from the case of the million-dollar property in the "Veternik" neighborhood in Pristina.
Investigations into the property have been suspended, based on an envelope that arrived unofficially from Serbia.
According to the chief prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi, the exclusion of the prosecutor was made ex-officio also at the request of the parties.
"To maintain credibility and not to appear to be biased, I will not allow it in any way, in any way to severely violate the authority of the Prosecutor's Office, regardless of the attempts that people make, I will try to protect it", he said Gashi.
"Oath for Justice" on Kohavision reported on the mystery of the envelope from Serbia, which, according to the Prosecutor's Office, contains the truth, while, according to one family, there was another suspicion of fraud in the case.
In this envelope, according to the Prosecutor's Office, was the truth about the history of the million-dollar property in Veternik, which was allegedly obtained through forgeries of these same property documents that were delivered by mail.
