The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation announced on Monday that the website kostumuri.rks-gov.net has become the target of a cyber attack.
Through a public announcement, MINTI announced that the website was attacked during the day, while work is currently underway to restore it and make it fully functional.
Until online services are restored, citizens have been instructed to direct their complaints and requests through alternative communication channels.
"Complaints can be sent to the email address [email protected]", while citizens can also contact us via Viber at +383 (0) 46 311-000," the announcement states.
MINTI has not provided any further details regarding the nature of the attack, the possible perpetrators, or whether user data was affected by the incident.
The Ministry thanked citizens for their understanding and announced that it remains available through alternative communication channels until the website is restored.
