The chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Kransiqi, has tested positive for COVID-19 after three tests. This is the second time he has been infected with the coronavirus.
Krasniqi has confirmed the news through a post on Facebook, saying that so far he has mild symptoms, the same as his family members. He added that he was vaccinated with both doses.
"Days ago, my family members tested positive for Covid-19. After the third retest, I also tested positive today. So far I have mild symptoms, the same as Meliza and the children. In the following days, I will continue the isolation and follow the recommendations of the IKSHPK. Although I got over Covid-19 in the fall of 2020 and received two doses of the vaccine after that, not even 6 months have passed since the second vaccine, now I am also facing the second infection from this coronavirus", wrote Krasniqi.
