MASHTI: Over 81 thousand payments executed for books

The Ministry of Education has announced that the execution of the first payments for school textbooks has begun. 

MESTI's announcement states that over 80 payments have been executed so far. 

Furthermore, it is known that while the application for subsidy is continuing, more than 150 thousand parents have applied so far. 

"The application for subsidizing school textbooks on the e-Kosova Platform is continuing. To date, a total of 151.080 parents have applied. Meanwhile, the good news is that the first 81.355 payments have already been executed and other transfers are continuing. "No student will be left without textbooks, while every addressed case will be treated with priority and the necessary assistance will be provided with the benefit of these tools," the ministry's announcement states.

Parents of students attending primary level will be subsidized with 80 euros for the purchase of books, while those of students from sixth to ninth grade with 110 euros.
