Lëvizja Vetëvendosje ka dorëzuar kërkesë që nesër të mbahet seancë në Kuvendin e Kosovës me fillim në ora 9:00.
Burime kanë bërë të ditur për KOHËN se kërkesa është dorëzuar sot. Ndër të tjera pritet në Kuvend të trajtohet edhe plotësim-ndryshimi i Ligjit për Specialen.
6 tetori është afati i fundit për zgjedhjen e presidentit, bazuar në vendimin e fundit të Gjykatës Kushtetuese.
Të shtunën kryeministri i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, njëherit kreu i Lëvizjes Vetëvendosje është takuar ndaras me kryetarin e PDK-së, Bedri Hamza dhe atë të LDK-së, Lumir Abdixhiku.
Hamza tha pas takimit se PDK-ja do të jetë e gatshme për presidentin, por pasi të miratohen në Kuvend ndryshimet e Ligjit për Gjykatën Speciale.
The PDK has requested that the Assembly amend the Law on the Special Court. The legal amendments aim to limit its mandate to dealing with the crimes alleged in the Dick Marty report, as well as to establish international monitoring of its work.
As for the war crimes for which the four former KLA leaders were convicted, the proposed draft law foresees that they be tried in Kosovo.
The Kosovo Executive on Friday night cleared the way for the initiative proposed by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) to amend the Law on Specialized Chambers.
In an electronic meeting, the Kosovo Government approved the decision. According to the official announcement, it was determined that there are no legal obstacles to the processing of this draft law.
