The Mayor of Drenas, Ramiz Lladrovci, has requested the opening of the Democratic Party of Kosovo to personalities who were once part of the party or who are currently outside the political mainstream, considering this process as necessary for the early elections on December 28.
"The opening of PDK to personalities not involved in political currents is necessary at this crucial time for the strong turn that the country needs, to achieve victory on December 28. Kosovo needs a change of course, immediately," Lladrovci wrote on Facebook.
He mentioned several names that, according to him, would significantly strengthen the party's list in the elections, including Sylejman Selimi, Fatmir Limaj, Rrustem Mustafa, Atifete Jahjaga, Buna Mustafa, Kolë Krasniqi, as well as Anton Çetta's daughters — Agata and Donika.
"The political scene needs competence, commitment and trust, with human resources for the state and proper representation," he said, recalling that once in the PDK branch in Pristina there were dozens of professors and doctors of science, who are now absent from the party and Parliament.
According to Lladrovci, Kosovo needs clarification of the path and the values on which it is built. He expressed his belief that with “will and dedication, victory is achieved.”
