Deputeti Armend Zemaj para mbledhjes ka thënë se thirrja e seancës pas kalimit të afatit 30-ditor është shkelje e Kushtetutës, porse këtë sipas tij, duhet ta thotë Gjykata Kushtetuese.
The deputies elected in June are expected to gather on September 9 to continue the constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly, in an effort to end the political crisis that has been going on for over a year and to pave the way for the formation of new institutions.

Dehari justified the decision with the agreement reached between the Vetëvendosje Movement, led by the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, and the Democratic League of Kosovo, regarding the candidate for president of Kosovo.
