The construction of the laura at the entrance of Prevalla from the direction of Prizren, namely in the "Sharri" national park, according to the leaders of the Inspectorate of the Municipality of Prizren, has started without a construction permit. This local department has affirmed that during a routine check it placed tapes and that later during the handling of the case it was seen that the project does not have a permit.
The officials of the Inspectorate of the Municipality of Prizren have emphasized that the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning is responsible for this area, as well as for the project in question, but it has not yet notified the local level regarding the relevant construction permit, even because the works in this project have continued. Regarding this issue, the newspaper has requested clarifications from the MESP, which has not provided any response until the moment of reporting, Koha Ditore writes today.
The Director of Inspectorates in the Municipality of Prizren, Islam Thaqi, has confirmed the placement of tapes in the place where the laura is being built at the entrance of Prevalla from the direction of Prizren.
