The special emissary of the European Union for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak, has announced on Tuesday a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi. The two met in Vienna, while Lajçak said that they discussed the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
"Satisfied for a concrete and constructive meeting on how to move forward with the dialogue for the normalization of relations, with the first deputy prime minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, today in Vienna. I expect to continue discussions next week in Kosovo", he said on Twitter.
Kosovo and Serbia have not had meetings within the framework of the dialogue for several months. On Tuesday, the European Union considered Kosovo the least willing party for dialogue.
Miroslav Lajçak and Gabriel Escobar, American representative for the Balkans, will come to Kosovo next week.
