Vetëvendosje Movement MP, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has appealed to parliamentary groups that are not present in the Assembly, inviting them to call to conscience and responsibility for approvals that directly affect funds and services for citizens.

"It is not what we intended, but it is possible. The MPs have a full mandate, the Assembly is constituted. Our vote can make a difference today. From this podium, I invite all parliamentary groups that are not present to come, to call for conscience and responsibility. We do not have a political battle. Agreements are not for parties, but for citizens. Without those approvals, you lose the funds, but also a part of your conscience," said Kusari-Lila.
