Prime Minister Albin Kurti met on Monday with the first Albanian deputy in Sweden, Adnan Dibrani, and the political activist there, Arbër Gashi.
Kurti wrote in X that Dibrani is also a candidate for the European Parliament elections, saying that "the political participation of the diaspora is commendable and to be encouraged".
"Today I met with the first Albanian who became a member of parliament in Sweden, Adnan Dibrani, who is also a candidate for the elections for the European Parliament, as well as Arbër Gashi, currently in the local government in Sweden. The political participation of our diaspora is commendable and to be encouraged", said the Prime Minister.
